Our goal was to simplify content and user management on Lyearn. We introduced a tag management system to improve admin workflow efficiency for content assignment, automate user grouping, and create content collections.
This led to the onboarding of ~1 million users and an 80% reduction in manual backend efforts, resulting in fewer support tickets.
