We aimed to empower admins to track changes in collaboratively created content. Collaborators can now see when changes were published, view updated notes, and identify major or minor updates through version numbers, ensuring accountability and transparency.

We updated our publish modal and allowed users to choose whether to recalculate progress for ‘only in-progress’ learners or for both ‘in-progress’ and ‘completed’ learners when publishing new content versions. This solution accommodated varying client needs while preserving user performance data.
